A few weeks back I was hit from behind and the driver took off! A tow truck driver approached me and asked if I was ok, I guess he saw what happen… I was really upset!!! But the tow guy really helped me out by hooking up my car and taking me to a body shop in that area, where I could find out what the damage was on my car. Once we arrived, the owner of the shop (Robert) came out the greet me. He was really helpful answered all my questions and really went above and beyond. Robert took care of a my insurance needs, paperwork etc… I’m really happy I was towed to this shop and I will recommend my friends and family to this shop if they ever need any body work done.

I have been taking my older model van and sedan to Seneca for over 6 years and have been absolutely satisfied with the prompt, courteous service and excellent workmanship. Whether as a result of a minor accident covered by my insurance or for bodywork necessary to keep my vehicles on the road, I have found Robert Fluney’s estimates to be very reasonable compared to my experience with car dealerships. If a problem was not repairable or not worth fixing, I was told so. At no extra cost I have been offered a courtesy vehicle, a sample of the paint that I can use on future scratches and interior detailing. On more than one occasion Robert has made minor adjustments to fix my vehicles at no charge. I have recommended Seneca to several individuals who needed automobile bodywork and all were very pleased with their service.

I came today to get an estimate of how much front bumper replacement is as other auto body shops have told me that i needed to do. Instead, the owner found an alternative of just gluing it to the body for FREE!! I was just speechless! He saved me $800!!!!!!! He has such a big heart! I couldn’t thank him enough!
