Great prices, I always get my car worked on here, it’s the best in Port Credit. They do my oil changes, paint scratches and corrections, muffler fixes, brakes and everything I’ve ever had asked to be done. Amazing customer service and towing. Saved me countless times when I’ve had either a flat or issues with my car running battery wise. Best place in town.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for weeks. There’s no auto body like Seneca. Robert and his team are incredible. Not only do they do an amazing job, but honestly from the first time I met the it was like family. My car was hit while parked and I was referred to them by a family member of the person that hit my car. Robert let me use one of his cars while mine was being fixed, and it didn’t take them too long to get the professional work done. Sadly a week later a got rear ended and of course went back to Seneca. They are amazing and I recommend them to everyone. They are definitely my body shop of choice always. After the hood flew up on the QEW (faulty latch) Seneca not only replaced our hood but also the quarter panels, buffed up the bumper and the the small dent that was in the driver's door ( this was there prior to the hood damage). They gave us use of a 7 seater rental vehicle and manage have our car finished within a weeks time.

Robert and his team were not only professional but also sensitive to the impact of the car accident to me. He treated me and my situation with respect and kindness. He gave me a car to use so that I could get around while he fixed my Outback. He made it clear that his company would guarantee all the repairs for life. That was great because some insurance companies direct to “their” certified sites and suggest they can only guarantee their approved locations. Well, what happens when you shop around for another insurance company? I guess you are out of luck on the guarantee. This is not the case for Seneca, they guarantee their own work. And now that my car is done, I can see the good work done by his team. I think they go above, because of the sincerity of the owner, Robert and maybe because they are not a big conglomerate. He and his team did right be me and I just want to say thanks. I have a 2-to-2-and-a-half-hour drive to get to Robert's Auto Body Shop. This past week was the 3rd time I have used Seneca to do body work on a vehicle. When Robert is inspecting the damage, he makes reasonable suggestion that if you didn't take advantage of you would for sure regret them down the road. When I picked up my truck yesterday, not only had the repairs been done to perfection but his technicians had done extra at no cost, not even close to where the original damage was. So does his unwavering commitment to excellence. My car had deep gashes to one door and wheel rim from narrow underground garage. After a botched amateur job repairs increased to two doors, wheel rim and bumper as twice the work and double the cost. Robert saw all yet delivered a perfectly restored vehicle at reasonable rate plus loaner car without asking. Astonishing results, looked like new. Fast. Great personnel. And bonus detailed interior. Robert is a great guy. He helped me put a new set of plates on free of charge after the screws on the old ones had completely rusted and were extremely difficult to remove. He has done numerous other jobs for me for very reasonable rates. Would strongly recommend Seneca Auto Body.
